B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - pistachios
L - protein shake (30g)
S - salad
D - leftover Chinese food
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Arghh another day with auditors and nightmare continues tomorrow!!  I just read your reply to my post yesterday and only just realized I did such a quick post I forgot to do a camel!!

Sorry it's another quicky - I managed 8 batches of protein and I had PB sandwiches... not the SF type as they don't have that in the office kitchen, but it was the best choice I could make in the 5 minute toilet breaks I got!!  Roll on Friday.

Let the Christmas shopping begin! I used to do 90% of Santa Claus shopping on Columbus Day and that was way back in the day that I could get away with about $50 per kiddo.

Bites:

L - corned beef hash
S - Chicken soup
D - chicken sausages and a sweet potato w/butter
S - cheese
S - sweet potato chips (2 oz)

Better today - no cookies.   It seemed a little light on protein but I felt like I was eating all day anyway.
