Looking for another opinion on how i am doing. Been convinced that my fat intake was to low so have increased the amounts of foods i am eating and worried i am eating too much.. my goals are (and i am just 3 months out) 1100 calories consisting of 5% carbs (14g) 35% protein (96g) and 60% fat (73g)
Does this sound like a plan that will help me lose weight?
Please help me.. my low fat mentality is telling me to stop.
I need to succeed at this. .please help

I think this is very doable in your first year post-op. You might be able to add a few more carbs if you chose healthy ones with lots of fiber in them. I would also aim a little higher on the protein this first year and keep an eye on your protein serum, albumin and prealbumin labs. You want protein serum around 7, or close to it, albumin in the 4s,and prealbumin near the top of the range.

What a wonderful Monday, just kidding lol - Its Monday
Bites:
Strawberry protein shake - used frozen strawberries from the store and they were awesome, way better then getting fresh and cutting them up and freezing them, I am totally into buying frozen fruit from the store.
1/2 banana
2 poached eggs, hashbrowns, bacon and 1 slice of toast and glass of orange juice
stroganoff 2 helpings - made my stomach to full and sick (bloated)
a few cheezies, nibs and chocolate covered raisins in the evening at work
Vites: all in
Exercites: 1/2 hour cardio dvd - I was sweating
Feelings: woke up groggy from taking to many sleeping pills last night, I just was so passed tired, I will not do that again. Hate the morning feelings.
