Is there a dry form of omega 3's???

Pre-DS, I used Nordic Naturals Omega 3's for my joints. It was so effective, it was like using WD40 on my knees.

Is there a dry form of essential fatty acids out there? Have any of you tried a product called Bioral Omega 3? It claims to be a dry form to be used like a flour.

Do you have any recommendations for any other miraculously effective products for joint pain and stiffness?

Thanks in advance for your ideas and recommendations.

Omega 3's are a fatty acid so I do not believe it is possible to dry them out.

Have you tried just upping your dosage?  It isn't like we don't digest fats at all, we just don't do digest fats very well.

p.s. I could be wrong.  Perhaps there is some magical veteran ds trick.

I use orange flavored coromega omega3, which you squeeze into your mouth. I was told it is a bariatric product.
