Yesterday was a good day overall, my oldest son was sad that he would not be coming back to this house again but he really was ok. The other two didn't make it so hopefully today or there stuff goes into storage. No lie!!!

Bites:

oatmeal and slice of toast

ham sandwich

orange

cucumber, celery and carots

2 chocolate bars - different times

dry ribs and leftover perogys with sour cream

diet pepsi

Vites: all in

Exercites: I'm claiming the moving of two office desks from inside to outside with my son

Thanks Gina I feel like I have done my share, but until it is over worry is what I am doing. lol I have a question I take omega, vit B complex and vit a and vit e gel caps, do I not absorb them?? should I be eating foods that offer those vit and minerals??? I just started taking some of them I had seen it somewhere that we need to take them

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

You may be absorbing some from the squishy capsules since you are so far out and your system may have adapted, but dry vites are best. You want to make sure the vitamin A is (palmitate or acetate). Vitamin B6 is the B-complex may rise and go over the top. I see many DSrs have to stop the B-complex and take only those B vites that they are low on. B6 seems to hang around too high even after you stop taking it. Labs are key.

Keep me posted on your labs. I just don't get why your numbers would be low since you take so much. I'm glad the PTH is in range. Your D3 was in range too, right?
