B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
S - buttered popcorn
L - chicken salad
D - pot roast and a glass of wine
S - CarbSmart ice cream and peanuts
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done
EXERCITES:
laundry and housework

Happy Saturday everyone, big day here today, my sons are coming and we are going to finish all the big jobs that need to get done before the actual move. So it is going to be busy. It sucks that I work at 3pm I would like to be here to help

I did a small amount of the same exercites you did... not much thankfully though!! ;-)
I had less protein today but that's coz I got up later - less time eating and more time sleeping, yay!!

I keep forgetting. I've been having a half dose iron instead. I should get some labs back in the next week;' so I'll reconsider then.
