Well here we are the work week begins, for me today anyway but not til 11pm graveyard shift for the next 2 nights
Bites: for Saturday
mocha protein coffee
oatmeal and 1 slice toast
ham sandwich on whole wheat
nuts
2 small ice cream cone
farmer sausage, perogies, and peas with a couple pieces of cucumber
licorice
and diet pop
Vites: all in
Exercites: major housework cleaning

DH managed to get the shower fixed. I think we're going to have to re-varnish the banister as that's where a lot of the water hit, but I think we're OK other than that.
I had a couple of restaurant tokens I had to use so I went out for lunch and dinner. I did want chicken for dinner but they didn't have that item and I barely touch red meat - unless it's in a McDonald's burger or chili as I don't like it to resemble too much what it used to be, LOL!
