Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/3 cup of peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - chicken stir fry w/snow peas
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipped
evening batch: done 
heme iron: skipping

EXERCITES:
walking (2 laps)

Happy Hump Day, the schedule at work changed so this a kind of my Friday - I don't work again after tonight til Saturday, so I will get a chance to get ready for the grandkids that are coming on Monday for a week - I have a total of 5 coming and I am so excited.

Bites:

protein shake - I had a strawberry protein shake with some chocolate protein powder mixed in and some frozen strawberries - super tasty

some cheese, egg white and an orange

small bag of chips

tomato sandwich then a bowl of Chinese noodles

6 donut holes

chunky stew - small can

another small bag of chips

Vites: all in

Exercites: 1/2 hour video in the basement by myself

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

So what can you do about high ALT and AST?  I'm not too up to speed on those two.

I only get A, E and K done when I see the consultant as my PCP insists that I don't need those tests - I may get the consultant to write my doc a letter to the contrary as they won't do anything I want until the consultant puts what I say in writing!! :-S

I'm going to try to bring down those levels that are too high by stopping or seriously reduce the supplements I'm taking for them and I'll reduce the multies to one a day. I think the high AST and ALT may be from high levels and continued heavy supplementation. This is another reason we need to me tested every 6 months rather than once a year, in my opinion.

We're do I begin about my day?  The highlights.....upset tummy all day, got rear ended on my way home. No injuries, but lady just waved at me then drove off.

Pulling the covers over my head.  This day is over for me!
