B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - leftover pot roast
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: starting soon
heme iron: pending 

EXERCITES:
none

Hello everyone, Happy Friday

Bites:

Protein shake

1/2 banana

bowl of cereal 

Montana's Restaurant- 3 small rib bits, 2 slivers of potato skins and a few crackers with spinach dip ( It was very spicy and I don't do spicy well)

Subway - 6 inch cold cut sub

Vites: all in

Exercites: my last interval training session with my trainer til into September sometime. :(

We have our daughter and her family in the city today so we are taking them all to the fun factory and then out for lunch - so out for lunch today to, I don't really mind - except the cost lol

I have to get working on the house because the grandkids are coming next week for the week, so it will be a busy day today

LOL, I thought this said 'TGIF, I pooped' ha ha - given we like talking about poop on this forum I thought I'd share!!
