B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - 1/2 a protein shake to test a new flavor
D - bunless chili cheese dogs 
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

yogurt

nuts - handful

1/2 of a hamburger and some fries

ice cream 

1/2 chicken breast, 3 perogies and some veggies

1/2 can of canned fruit (peaches)

few flavored jelly like candy

Vites: all in

Exercites: playing and shopping with grandkids for the afternoon

I feel like it's been such a long week, I'm just pooped - work is beyond busy and I don't see it settling down!!  Most people at my place are in the same boat though - we're trying to do more with the same number of people to do the work!!
