D - leftover beef chuck roast and green beans

I tried going without a protein shake to see it it the problem with giving me gas, it was not so back at it today. I had hoped the probiotics would have helped by now but not so much, I am out of ideas on why I suffer with so much gas in the afternoon and evenings. So yesterday was a low protein day except for breakfast and the chicken I had a lunch, I didn't feel hungry yesterday so that was a change to.
I work this weekend, I am on the day shifts and the weather is rainy so that makes it not so bad lol,

I found that I had to go on massive amounts of probiotics--like 600 billion bugs a day. It took a couple of weeks for my body to get over its gas and at times I thought it was getting worse, but now I think it was the good bugs actually getting rid of the bad bugs.

Woah, I was going to pat myself on the back for doing 2 x 30 billion plus 4 billion from a yogurt, but my 64 billion in probiotics doesn't sound so good now. Those 200 billion probiotics are 3 times the price in the UK and they're not cheap to start with!! :-S
I had some marshmallows this morning and the results weren't great... luckily I didn't have to go out today. Why do I think I can 'get away' with just a few, coz I don't!! OK, I've thrown in some cheese triangles for my next grocery delivery order so I have something better to snack on.
It's been really hot today and we had all the doors and windows open which was just as well given the marshmallows I ate... I don't wanna be doing that in winter!! The pizza probably wasn't the best encore either, but I seem to be over this morning's sugar fest.

Yeah, the mega bug probiotics are expensive as heck but they're the only thing that works except antibiotics. : (
