B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 2 hot dogs, for National Hot Dog Day, a little chili and some chips
D - salad with a little chicken
S - glass of wine
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending
EXERCITES:
walking (2 laps)

I wish I could get that much protein in me through drinks. do you enjoy the taste of the coffee? I find myself gagging anytime I try anything with add protein powder. I try getting my protein in only by eating and I think its not enough. ive tried a few different powders but yuck! I don't mind the premade muscle milk but they are expensive
The best flavored ones I like are Syntrax Nectar Sweets--vanilla bean, chocolate truffle and strawberry mousse. I make a 4 to 6 oz slurry of 1/2 & 1/2, 1 scoop of vanilla protein, a big dash of cinnamon and shake for about 5 seconds. Then, I fill the rest of the blender bottle with hot coffee. I like chocolate or chocolate raspberry. Always put the hot liquid on top of the protein slurry to keep it from clumping.

Bites:
protein coffee
!/2 cup cottage cheese, a poached egg and 1 slice of toast and some fruit- restaurant
veggies and hummas
few cheezies and licroces
bolonia sandwich
Vites: all in - started a probiotic today and a Vit E and back on Omega and even started a B complex
Exercites: 45 min interval at the gym - truly loved it
I have a sore throat, I hope it doesn't stick around, I really want to enjoy my day to myself

So, I got a smear test and the nurse told me that I've still got thrush - really!? I'm now on a 3 month course of fluconazole every other day. It's nowhere near what it was when I first got it as it so bad I just didn't know what to do with myself. I also got some more pessaries!
Not so good on the protein today as I was in an all day meeting and didn't have the best options.
