chocolate shake with pb banana and ice cubes
2 coffee with coffee mate and splenda
vegges and dip to munch on
strawberry protein shake with a slice of peach and 2 chunks of pineapple and a bit of coconut extract
2 sausage links and spagetti squash and 1/2 cup bean salad
revelle ice cream treat
Vites: all in
Excercites: 30 min. of interval and treadmill
Feelings: good, stayed inside and prepared food for the week I am working 3-11pm all week so I needed to make up some supper foods.
