I have no advice to give, but just wanted to let you know that someone IS reading and empathizing with you. I HATE insurance companies. Hang in there - don't let them win! Don't let a bureaucracy dictate your health. Best wishes!

Thanks for the kind words. The new submission was received, and is being added to the system now. I can call Monday to ensure they have all of the pages. Who knew such dumb/human issues would be throwing everything off for over 2.5 months now. I haven't even had a chance to get approved since with incorrect fax numbers, incomplete submissions, etc. Sheesh! 

I have UHC as well and I'm sure I'll have a ton of problems too. They have a hard time with regular doctor appointments so a big surgery should be interesting. Good luck and keep fighting the good fight.

Wow! Sounds like you have had quite the time!! Fingers crossed the new submission with all the paperwork helps!
