D - 2 chocolate martinis (Mud Slides at Texas Roadhouse...talk about a carb coma), a few bites of Bloom'n Onion and a few rattle snake bites

veggies and dip - throughout the day

fish, rice, broccolli
cheezie-scrabble game
jelly beans- 10-15 throughout the day
Vites: all in
Exercites: 30 minutes interval
Feelings: good, ended up getting lots of rest, had a great day
