B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - pork stir fry with bok choy
S - CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: done
EXERCITES:
walking (2 laps)

Bites:
Protein shake
ham and cheese sandwich
apple and cheese
peanut butter M& M
jelly beans not to many
ice cream treat
slurpee - pop
hamburger patty and hotdog - no buns= with potato salad
ice cream sundae
Vites: all in
Exercites: 45 min interval training
Feelings: feeling frustrated about food. I don't understand how I could buy a membership to a gym ( which means I have 2 memberships, for to two different gyms) and am still eating junk food, it really wasn't a lot but I am beating up on myself about my choices and I want to say I just can't control myself but that is not true, something is going on and I just haven't figured it out yet. On a good note I picked up a library book yesterday and am reading it at work and loving it, so hopefully I will think about food less at work. The rainy weather here is depressing. We had one day of no rain, but that has been it, and I spent some of the day out enjoying it.
Ok other then that, I want to wish everyone a wonderful day.

Yay, we nearly made it!! I'm gonna dash to the doc's shortly, so no time for a funny today - I was on a good roll recently though. I'm hoping they can give me something that'll get rid of thrush. The doc I'm seeing is a great one (rarity to get an appointment with her - it's lucky dip who I get and generally a different one each time).
At least I managed to get in 2 shakes today, but I'm nearly out of the nice milk chocolate and so is Amazon!! They have no ETA... I may have to bite the bullet and get it from an Amazon re-seller!!

matzo ball soup (didn't eat the matzo)
trip to the salad bar
heavily buttered dinner roll
2 forkfuls of pumpkin cheesecake
3 spoonfuls of tapioca pudding
double protein decaf iced coffee

Fluids: 90+ oz.
