Good day everyone, - - what is scrapple???

shake

egg, yogurt

shake

small bag cheezies and diet pop

shake

chips and dip - small bowl

chicken cutlet, 2 mini tomatoes and a spoon of potato salad

frozen yogurt

licorice

Vites: all in

Exercites: none

Feelings: my weight was up yesterday by 4 lbs and today 2 more lbs so 6 pounds in 2 days, what is up with that??? Otherwise good, I tried to be high protein yesterday and increase my shakes but that was hard. I missed real food. So that was interesting, today I am having my morning shake and planning on a mid-morning one again then a sandwich for lunch, and see how that goes. Did I mention work sucks, I seem to be making lots of mistakes and it was super busy- I need another holiday to just sleep. Was in bed by 8 last night.

Happy Sunday

Susan

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Ugh! Sometimes I think our weight bounces are seasonal.  I still hate them though.

Oh, man!  I need popcorn.  When I was a kid they wouldn't let me have it for fear of gluten contamination but it smelled so good!

Scrapple still sounds like an American work-around for haggis to me. Nothing wrong with that, I'm mostly Scottish too.  :)
