I'm a bit low on the protein front today.  I had what I thought was going to be a hour meeting turn into a 4 hour one - needless to say I'd have had some protein before going in to the meeting had I known it'd go on so long.  Ya live and learn and the moral of the story is don't assume!!

I'm falling asleep, I'm so happy I can have an early night AND a lie in tomorrow!!

B1 Chocolate protein shake (30)
S Yogurt (5)
L Chicken breast & gazpacho soup - yum!! (30)
B1 Chocolate protein shake (30)
D Chicken curry (30)

Protein total (125)
F 96+
V All in (inc 8 calcium batches) nightime iron, vit C & copper & strontium batches pending

Been there, done that with 1 hour meetings turned to 4.  Ugh!  If I can keep from overeating after I get out, I feel I've done a good job.

Hi Noreen, nibs are the same as licorice except that they are cut into 1 inch pieces and we call them nibs, is it funny I see things on here to that I don't know. It's so cool to be in different parts of the world.

thanks for asking

Susan
