Good day ladies, we are having a very wet Wednesday

Bites:

2 sausages, 1 poached egg, some hashbrowns and slice of toast

protein shake

1/2 can of ham (small can) and Chinese noodles

splash protein drink

apple and cheese

sandwich and 2 mini tomatoes and some cucumber

5 cookies

nibs

chips/cheezies and tons of diet pop throughout the day

other 1/2 can of ham

Vites: all in

Exercites: 1/2 hour interval training

Feelings: yesterday I blew it, I ate all day, I was worried in the morning before going to work in the afternoon that I needed to eat lunch even when I wasn't hungry. Then I was bored at work and eat the whole time there, then came home and played Scrabble with hubby and pigged out on junk food again. I was sick and how I felt about myself was worse. I think it was I was home alone, hubby went back to work and I get bored at work. So yesterday was not great. I plan to do better today. I ordered some books from the library to take to work and read when it is quiet. And at home I am going to try to find something I can work on to keep busy when I am home alone.
Thanks for listening to my rant.

Susan
