I got some blood test results back and the others are still pending (protein, PTH, D and zinc being the main ones missing that I can think of).
My corrected calcium is slightly below range STILL (it's 2.16 and norm is 2.2-2.6). I'm kind of at a loss what to do re that. All the calcium, magnesium citrate, boron, D, K2 and strontium and it stays the same!! I hope my PTH is still OK - it was on the last set with this same calcium number.
B12 is >1,500 (they don't measure above that) and range is 150-650 - WTH!? Guess I could drop to once a week on that one (I'm doing twice at the mo).
I have slightly high mean cell hemaglobin (32.8, normal is 27-32) and Google isn't helping me with what that means, so if you have any idea that'd be great. If not, I'll do a proper post when I get more labs back.
B1 Chocolate protein shake | (30) |
B2 Sausages, eggs & potato chips(!) | (30) |
L Chicken breast | (30) |
S Yogurt | (5) |
D Pizza slice & chocolate protein shake | (35) |
Protein total | (130) |
F 80+ | |
V All in (inc 8 calcium batches) nightime iron, vit C & copper & strontium batches pending |

Keeping my fingers crossed for low PTH. That would be great considering all the stuff you're taking. I would go to taking B12 every other day not just once a week. Could there be a difference due to taking serum versus whole blood? The measures are different. My lab lists 33 as the top of the range for MCH. I think you're fine. You're doing a great job with your vitamins and minerals.

I take B12 only twice a week so going to every other day would increase it. I get labs in November in King's college and I bet their ranges make more sense to me. I'm unlikely to get the results before January at the rate they (I'll ask in the consult if I can get the results earlier without a letter).
