We have a beautiful sunny day here in Saskatchewan, Canada

Bites:
Protein shake - the usual

3 coffee with whitener

cereal and milk with a boiled egg - had so much gas in the evening I thought I was going to explode. no more cereal for me

1/2 nuts - mixed, they are all gone now

cantaloupe 1/2 - it to is all gone, it was ripe and juice, so really enjoyed it but I"m good for a while now

chocolate shake with a banana

hamburger - with the fixings, made it at home and just had to warm it up

nib**** the candy machine before I headed home last night

Vites: all in and dr increased one for indigestion, but it is not helping - still lots of gas and pressure, even into my back- last evening was bad

Exercites: still on the nothing side of things, but the agent comes today and I may go to aquasize tonight, if I have the energy I am on my 2 days off

Feelings: I'm ok, tired from working, I haven't had a break really since the last week, while I helped with the garage sale and still had to work and then all this house organizing and cleaning, and the bit of a cold I ended up with that is now gone. We still have lots of work to do today, but both myself and hubby are home so we should be ready by this afternoon.

Thanks for listening to my rant.

I think cereal would do me in too. I hope you're feeling better.

Now you're making me crave fried onion rings. There was this place we used to go to when I was in college that had the best onion rings and sweet tea...  lol

I thought you were tired of chicken Kiev?

I am tired of Kievs, but they keep put them on special offer and I keep buying them in bulk.  They're quick and easy to cook and I'm not much of a chef... I gotta get my thinking hat on as I'm going to have to freeze some even though the freezer is fairly full!!

I need to wealthy and have a personal chef or at the very least enough money to eat out - or get takeaway - in my twenties going out was fun, but I'm happy to stay in these days
