another day has come, how wonderful

bites:
protein shake

cheese type pudding ( finished it today - Roccota cheese and pudding mix ( sorry about the spelling)

homemade hamburger and a spoon full of beans

small bags chips and diet pop

ham coil, brick cheese, and a few ww crackers

2 ice cream treats - did ok today til the ice cream the frustrating part, I was not hunger, I was full from supper

Vites; all in and ordered all my refills

Exercites: housework,  I have not fallen off the wagon but my wheels are not turning as quick. lol I have to much to do with getting the house on the market, I am going swimming tomorrow night I will do 2 classes, and that will help.

Feelings: I am a bit overwhelmed, I am trying to get lots done around here and working to, I feel like I am playing catch up all the time, I am behind in something all the time. The garage sale and working and then getting this house on the market and looking into senior housing has been to much for me. I have a sore throat and a bit of a cough developing, so lots of tea for me. I work today and them I'm off for 2 days, then work the weekend then I'm off for a week, I need to run away anyone want a house guest lol.

Have a great day all

Susan

I saw the vampires today and only had 2 vials drawn!!  I'm dubious as to what was missed, but the lab order was the same as ever, so we'll see when I get the results - maybe they've found a way to do them from less vials.  They don't seem to do my vitamin A unless I see Mr Patel, so I know that one didn't happen, but it's only been 3 months since I got a full set done and it'll hold for another 3 months.

On the up side I only waited 5 minutes to go in and I was done in 2 minutes, plus I managed to park for free!!   It hurt for the first couple of seconds, but that's coz I'm wimpy - I have OK veins though, so I don't bruise.

B1 Chocolate protein shake (30)
B2 Sausage egg and bacon (25)
S Donut & cookie!! (yes I'm a sugar addict!! :-S)
L Chicken salad (30)
S Yogurt (5)
S Fromage frais (10)
D Chicken kebab? (I'll die if I have another Kiev!! ;-)) (30)

Protein total (130)
F 72+

I've got in one batch of vitamins and I'm going to get one more calcium/vit A, etc batch and then an iron/copper/vit C batch, so not bad considering (plus midnight toilet break strontium is pending too).

I bet they didn't do many labs. You might have to go back. 2 vials is just a tease.

Are those pinwheels replacing donuts?

HI! I will be a sleeve to DS revision soon.  The biggest question I have, how do I know what, how much, where to buy all the vitamins/minerals that I will need each day?  Is there a book that outlines it all?  My biggest fear is screwing up the vitamins piece of this or missing one of them.  Thanks!!

My best advice is to go by Vitalady's DS plan at first and tweak what you take according to your labs for the long haul. You can find her plan and products on her web site. In the very beginning you might start with 2 multies, calcium, and dry vitamin D3...whatever you can get down and keep down. You work up to her full plan and start documenting your lab levels so you can watch for trends. Here is a link to her plan and few other helpful files. http://www.gblcreations.com/Resources/Gina/VitaladysPre-op_i deas_11-2009.doc
