So I am about 7 1/2 months out from surgery.  I have lost just over 100lbs and hit wonderland. All of it is very exciting.  But since I have hit those goals ( they were only 5 lbs apart ).  I have sitting at the same weight for about 3 weeks.  I know I am getting enough protein ( over 100grams a day )  after that I eat some carbs here and there..  don't count them or really pay attention to them bcause the levels are pretty low. Also I have added exercise and it has made no difference.

Anybody have anything thoughts on what I can do to jump start again?  I still have another 50lbs to go.  what happens if you just go back to protein drinks and nothing else? Thanks ahead for any ideas..

Im at a year out now, a little further then you and I have to say the last twenty five pounds came off super slow. I have thought about doing this myself. Maybe for just four or five days, and then eat normal, and maybe do it again, in a few weeks if all goes good. The reason I thought of it was a couple months ago I got the flu and couldn't eat for a few days, and dropped eleven pounds, and never regained when I started to eat normal. I know we arnt as DS'rs sopposed to resort back to "extremes", but I figure as long as we get our 120grams protein and vites everyday, what could it hurt to do it for just a few days every once in awhile.... Lol, Im probably going to get yelled at for even going along with such an idea.....
