B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt with blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - Cheetos and hard cider
D - 1 chili cheese dog
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
laundry and housework

Hey everyone,

Bites:

protein shake

bowl of cereal

protein bar

1/2 denver sandwich and some fries

some jelly beans

1/2 bag of chips and pop

greek salad

granola bar

10 tim bits (or donut holes)

Vites: all in

Exercites: 1 1/2 cardio class  it was long but good

Feelings: excited today is my granddaughters birthday she is 13 years old and they are coming into town for a family swimming party and I will be having a piece of cake lol

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Mmmm...sounds lovely. We're off to IHOP this morning--I wonder if they have a corned beef hash on the menu?
