Feelings; ok
Went to a high school play last night instead of the gym, so exercise is slacking, I will make up for it today. Woke up with a headache, so kind of feeling blah this morning.

All day meeting. They brought in Panera Bread for lunch. Great looking salads. What could go wrong?? Yeah, I can still feel the pulling and pain from the gas pocket it gave me. Eeeouch. That really really hurt!
