Bites:
Strawberry protein shake
Buckwheat pancakes with sausages and fruit - restaurant
cinnamon bun with coffee - restaurant
2 hot-dogs with buns, sauerkraut and beets and yogurt mix
chocolate bar 1/2
Vites: all in
Exercites: one hour walking class
Feelings: good but played out lol, staying home and taking it easy today with my friend. We have done tons of shopping and we both need to quit spending money.

I *LOVE* flagyl!! It started to work really fast. I took my first batch last night and I had a better night!! I know it's not to be abused and I'm going to step up my probiotic use. I was getting to the point sometimes where I had cramps so bad that I couldn't stand up straight. I couldn't imagine how bad I'd be at altitude, so I decided to have some despite the fear of overusing antibiotics (I've not had them for at least a decade I think - I've insisted on antibiotic spray when I've had ear infections).
I'd forgotten how good it feels to feel normal!! Forget cigarettes, drugs and alcohol... chocolate and flagyl is where it's at!! It's a one week course, so I know that the fun will come to an end, so I'm gonna try and get on track.
Anyways, I may not get on line much for the next 10 days as I don't know what the internet access will be like at the hotel, so have fun without me.
