S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)

D - Shrimp nuggets and salad

Good Morning
Bites:
1 cup protein cereal with 1 cup 1% milk with an orange and egg white
6 meatballs and some sliced brick cheese and a greek yogurt
small bag of chips
protein drink (not shake)
fillet of fish, mac n cheese and some peas, and a bit of cucumber and pudding for dessert
skinny cow ice cream treat
Vites: all in
Exercites: none
Feelings: unsure my friend is suppose to be coming for a visit and when I called last night for her and she was gone traveling so I hope she calls soon, my days off are coming up.
going to try to exercise lots this week and eat better, change things up a bit

Doh, messed up today!! I'd had my yogurt and fromage frais and was still pretty hungry, so I ended up having some chocolate (yes I felt pretty bloaty for a while), totally forgetting that I had cheese and ham!! Fool, no wonder I was hungry - that cheese and ham is 25g protein and I FORGOT!! I'm more structured on a work day, just not today, clearly... oh well, thank God tomorrow's a new day!!

Chilly and cold this week and near 100 next week,
I was really hungry today at work......no reason why. Unfortunately couldn't find anything to snack on, even bad stuff.

L : shrimp ****tail, berries

D: mushroom and spinach quiche
The rest is all the same
I look back at those days when I haven't snacked and wish I had enough control to do that every day.

Back at the office with the drama queen. Oh my. It is hysterical. What ever I did, this is week 3 that she won't talk to me. Won't even look my way. LOL
