B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
2nd B - 2 over easy eggs and 3 pieces of bacon
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - cup of blueberry Greek yogurt
D - pork BBQ and ?
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:

evening batch:

none

Exercites: none

Feelings: I feel good today, I am going to try to get more exercise in this week and WooHoo my livingroom is done, got the curtains up last night and everything cleaned and organized.

Hi Gina, I hope you've had a good weekend.  I'm a smidgeon low on protein today - I may have something extra later, but if I don't post now, I won't get round to doing it later.  I'll be up to at least 120 tomorrow, as today I enjoyed having more time sleeping!!

I went tanning and then curled up with a good book with the golf tournaments running on the TV in the background. I didn't touch FB or OH all day.

Woke up too sore to work on the deck today. Must have been from standing on ladder so long.

Piddled around, housework, food shopping, and ran Unexciting errands.

We lucked out on the weather......just some heavy rain and hail,
Busy, busy weekend......

V: one batch to go.....waiting to see if my stomach will cooperate
