Happy Saturday everyone,

Bites:

Strawberry protein shake

1 hard boiled egg, small yogurt and piece of fruit cantaloupe

some chip and diet pop

pork chop (over cooked to crispy) a spoon of rice and a spoon of cooked carrots

orange

bit of turkey, pot and gravy with some cranberries ( very small amount)

chocolate bar and a few other chocolate treats

a small meat and cheese tray (very small)

apple and cheese

from the turkey down that was all at work, my brother brought me and my co-worker plates from my mom's but I just had a bit off of it.

Vites: all in

Exercite: got my exercise clothes on but that was as far as I got

Feelings: I think I may be a tad depressed, we have been having a winter storm for the last 2 days and the road conditions are awful, I also got my period and I haven't had that in at least 1 1/2 years so my lower back is sore. I am excited to have a day off tomorrow, Easter Sunday Turkey meal, that will be nice.overall that is what is happening with me, woke up with a headache this morning so I am off to take a Tylenol.

Susan

We are having a terribly long winter this year. I wonder if that affects our moods and feelings? Maybe tanning and more vitamin D3 might help?
