***Wednesday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1 Babybel cheese
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - going out, so not sure yet (2 pieces of fried chicken, a few little corn fritter bites, and about a 1/2 cup of coleslaw 
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: started  
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Got a letter from my consultant to my PCP saying I should get AT LEAST 4g calcium on script a day - yay!!   Financially that's really going to help - OK I've still got plenty of other vits to pay for, but hey, I'm a happy bunny!!

Every little bit helps. I hope it's calcium citrate, or the other one I can never think of, just not calcium carbonate.

Yes, it is calcium citrate.  I didn't know there was calcium citrate available on script for ages, which is why I didn't try getting it.  After a couple of months of trying it looks like I should now get it. :-)

There are just a couple of places to eat out here, so you find one or 2 and you stick with them. lol

Love corn fritters. Have one for me. Yum!

turkey bacon

cheddar cheese

Chinese take out: little bit of pork fried rice

shrimp and broccoli 

steamed dumplings - wrapper removed

Double protein decaf coffee

Handful of chocolate mints

Fried egg

Perogies  - potato & cheese. Mostly ate insides

1/2 of a fried ham slice

 Double protein decaf coffee

Greek yogurt with. Blueberries

vites: all in

Fluids: 90oz.

These are pretty cool corn fritters--they have whole corn in them, not really like a hush puppy.

My mom used to make them that way. We'd dip the hot fritters in real maple syrup or honey.  Mmmmm.
