"Bad news". I guess: saw the hematologist and my ferritin went up, so no iron infusion yet. Recheck in June.
He reviewed all my other labs from the last year and said they were "amazing"

I'll post later

Ok I missed yesterday, boy I can't stay away

Bites: didn't track them yesterday but for today, my eating is pretty bad, I am hungry all the time - on a positive note I did workout last night by taking in 2 aquasize classes one was boxerize and it was fun.

Basic bites:

1/2 cereal with boiled egg and orange

3 pieces chicken with left over pasta shells

lots of easter chocolate eggs

yogurt

snack size of ritz crackers

banana

roast beef, pot, gravy and mini tomatoes

Hoping that is it :)

Vites: still have to do supper and bedtime

Exercites: house work - cleaned the livingroom  - laundry and tidied the kitchen.

Waiting for income tax to paint the livingroom and get a small flat screen tv, so I hope it comes soon.
