S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - fresh strawberries

D - 1 bunless cheese burger
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

Bites;
Strawberry protein shake
breadfast sandwich with egg and sausage and cheese, and hashbrowns, with orange juice
Strawberry protein shake with celery and pb, cucumbers, orange, grapes
pringles chips with diet pop
chocolate bar, with reg can pop
Chinese food, rice, noodles, and pork
Vites: all in
Exercites: none
Feelings: no good, I cut back on my meds this last week and I was anxious yesterday and feeling stressed about everything (over the top, poor hubby) I still feel a bit of that this morning, and just a bit of discouragement yet still. So I am going to wait a few days then go back on if it doesn't get better. Made all my plans for the week last night regarding our menu for the week, and exercise plan.
Gina I want to go tanning, sounds like something I would enjoy though I've never tried it.

I started tanning when I was trying to bring my vitamin D3 up. When I started it was twice a week for 6 minutes each time. Now I only go every other week and I stay under for 12 minutes.

I love your exerites!! I plan on getting plenty of that form of 'exercise' when I go to Turkey in 3 weeks... I wonder if I'll get to eat some turkey!!
