S - fresh sliced strawberries w/1/2&1/2

Bites:
chocolate banana protein shake
greek salad - singe serving made at the store
1/3 of a cucumbers
3 carrots
1 cup pineapple chunks
3/4 cup bistro rice
2 chicken thighs and a leg
pringles chips
protein bar
Vites: all in
Exercites: nothing
Feelings: a bit grumpy and tired and I work all weekend so went to bed early, I plan to get organized for next week today, with my menu, work schedule, and exercise schedule. I need to see what the week will look like. Easter is coming and I'm not sure what to do about the chocolate,(to have a bunny or no bunny) anyway, that is about it here. We are expecting snow and stormy weather today so lets hope it misses us we don't want it.

I notice that you 'only' do 4 calcium batches... can't believe that I do 8 and my corrected calcium is still low!! :-S I'm thinking I probably need to get my D up a bit. I'll post about that separately.

I take 6 calcium batches. 2 are at the tail end of my big vitamin batches.
Keep taking the vitamin K2, perhaps it hasn't had a chance to work yet. I know you're doing everything you're supposed to do.

What a great day. Went to a scrapbooking expo with a GF. Took some classes and walked around for 5 hrs. It was fantastic.
