B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake [6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 2 oz oz of water and a heaping scoop of protein powder]

D - chicken w/Alfredo sauce and salad
S - 3/4 cup CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:

EXERCITES:
laundry, a little housework, yard work and worked on office stuff too--pooped

Strawberry protein shake
2 cheese strings - after aquasize - super hungry
1/2 beef patty melt and fries with gravy - restaurant
1 cups grapes - munches
protein breezer
small banana - munches
sugarless candy bar - munches
small bag chips and Diet Pepse- vending machine at work - bored at work
Greek salad - my new favorite food
chocolate protein shake - bored at work
jelly beans - bought yesterday and were calling me lol will be gone today
coffee throughout the day with splenda and coffeemate
Vites: all in
Exercites: aquasize and 15 min walking exercise
Feelings: to early to say, I have a bit of a headache and I'm tired, so we will see what the day brings, I'm only on my first coffee, lol

I'm suspecting that the issue with the cracked corners on my mouth may have been due to low biotin levels. I know it's only been a couple of days, but I *think* they're getting better already... I guess I'll have a better idea in a couple more days. Then I'll have to figure out what ongoing supplementation I need.
It's weird coz I never lost any hair so never needed Biotin for that, as always it's a YMMV thing.

Discussion in clinic regarding calories and carbs for our diabetics. Minimum carbs 175-240/day. And they wonder why the blood sugars are bad.
Had a fuzzy navel shake today and thought of you....I always add extra orange tangerine flavoring.
Need to white knuckle low carb next week. Not sure how...thinking of doing just shakes for a couple of days

I spent several hours yesterday morning what I'd done to myself to give myself acid reflux and then I remembered the last time I thought this, it turned out to be a sore throat from a cold. Woke up today and I do have a cold - I hope it goes away before it gets any worse. It did give me some empathy for people with acid reflux though.
