Mother Nature has lost her freakin mind. It's snowing just west of DC!
BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
2nd B - egg and bacon
S - protein coffee (30g)
L - a small Mimosa and 1/2 of a lobster and cheese omelet
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - chili and beef hot dogs
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done

Good day everyone, Happy Sunday
Bites:
Strawberry protein shake
1/2 cup mixed nuts
cucumber, carrots and an apple
15 nibs from boss again and had a diet Pepsi at work
protein breezier drink - peach mango
Chinese food for supper - 3 shrimp, cup of rice some sweet and sour pork and some chop suey
Vites: all in
Exercites: did a mile dvd, there was a time issue so easy exercise
Feelings: my son is still in the hospital, may get out today. I am good I got lots of rest last night, I had a nap when I got home yesterday and then I went to bed early to. So good to go today.

I've been drinking like a fish in an attempt to stave off the munchies... I'm sure it's doing me good even though it doesn't feel like it at the time!!

Gina, Grand Guru of all things vitamin....how many mg of calcium can we take at one time that will do our bodies good? I keep missing my single calcium in the late afternoon. If I can double up, and take 2 at one time it would help.

2 soft boiled eggs w/ fried ham cubes & buttered toast all smooshed together
Double protein decaf coffee
2 slices of bologna
pretzel rod w/ spreadable cheese
Double protein decaf coffee

another cupcake (I baked today - yikes!)

Vites: working on bedtime batch now

You might try reducing the spacing between doses to make sure you have enough time. If you miss a dose and still have time, give yourself only 30 - 45 minutes between doses. Squeeze that 600mg calcium dose in but then only wait 30- 45 minutes before your next batch of what you have pending.
You can take 3 capsules at one time instead of 2 but I wouldn't go for 4 at once.
