Cooking with Pork Skins

There was a post on facebook I read today about fried foods and DS. Someone said they use pork skins as a coating for fried foods. WELL...I tried it tonight with fish. Dipped the fish in egg beaters, then in crushed pork skins and baked it. It was sooo good!! Next time I'm going to try it on chicken and fry it up in some oil I highly recommend it!!

Sounds great. I bought some salmon to bread. Maybe I'll give this a try. I usually just use bread crumbs bit  Ithought that might be too heavy for fish.
