Hi guys,
BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of 2% Greek yogurt with 4 Tbl of blueberries and Splenda
S - a tiny thin slice of capocola (homemade Italian cured meat)
L - protein shake [6 oz 1/2 & 1/2, 3-4 oz water, a heaping scoop of protein powder]
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - 3-4 oz of beef chuck roast and 1/2 cup green beans
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting soon
heme iron: pending
EXERCITES:
none, stuck in the conference room the next 2 days

Good day everyone, I will think of you Gina in a conference room while I am enjoying my days off and getting some fresh air and maybe a little spring cleaning. lol
Bites:
chocolate, 1/2 banana protein shake
protein bar
3/4 lasagna and 1/2 slice cheese toast - restaurant
6 chocolates munched throughout the day and evening
meatloaf, leftover piece of farmer sausage and 1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 bag (small bag) of nibs - thanks to my boss
Vites: all in
Exercites: 2 aqua fitness classes, one in deep water with belt on and the other one was regular kind so total of 80 min in the water
Feelings: good I am glad to have some days off I am going to the base today with my trainer hopefully and I am going to sit and do up some pills for the week besides laundry and stuff like that, hoping to take hubby for a walk tonight and get some fresh air.

Ooh, you just reminded me that I have one protein ice cream in the freezer... yippee!! ;-)
Today we got hail... I thought summer was nearly on its way. I hear a few areas in the south also got snow yesterday!! I'm so ready to leave winter behind, I hope it hurries up and gets here.

I totally agree....it's way past time for winter to go.
We"ve got the first episode of spring storms predicted next week

My snow crocuses are up and the daffodils are making an attempt. I can see some green sprouts of either hosta or day lily, but I still have little patches of snow still hanging around too. lol

Oh my Gina, I would go crazy in a conference room for 2 days. I start figiting and fussing in my chair after a few hours. Ever since my DS, I've got to get up and move, move, move.

Yeah, well the reviews went really slow, so we may be in there 2 more days or more. {sigh} I'd love to be able to get up and move. Since I control the meeting, maybe I'll let us take more breaks today. lol
