***Wednesday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2] 
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup  of 2% Greek yogurt with 4 Tbl of blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
S - a tiny thin slice of capocola (homemade Italian cured meat)
L - protein shake [6 oz 1/2 & 1/2, 3-4 oz water, a heaping scoop of protein powder]
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
S - thin slice of capocola
D - fish nuggets and salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner    
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Good day everyone,

Bites:


Strawberry protein shake, I am not putting plain yogurt in it anymore, to many calories for me

cucumbers, carrots and 2 slices brick cheese and canned ham - I am definitely full after this meal - with surprises me

pineapple breezer protein drink

1 shortbread cookie

6 chocolates - friend brought me a box from Vegas - I think I will take the rest to work

meatloaf (2 helpings) whole wheat pasta and canned diced tomatoes ( to much) and canned peas - to full, why oh why did I eat to much!!!!!

3/4 bottle of Pepsi

Vites: all in

Exercites: 30 min interval training in my basement, good workout

Feelings: still not as good as I would like but this morning as I am writing this I do feel better so maybe today I will keep on track and focus.

Wow, I did a lot of eating today... we'll see what the scale says on Monday (I'm scared BTW).

Not counting - fruit is a free food on this plan.  We'll see how it goes at weigh in on Monday. :-S

Did you get rain? Chilly/cold and rainy today but tomorrow is spring again...78 and sunny! I plan to was windows this weekend

Guess I'm doing ok eating...just constantly feel I'm struggling

B: bacon, eggs, toast
L: Brok's pizza, 1/8 c jelly beans

D: leftover pork, steamed spinach

V: one batch to go
F: ok
E: work...another tough day...I need a vacation. LOL

We had snow all day Tuesday and it was rather cold and blustery Wednesday. It should be warming up! Right? 

Bites look good but I imagine those jellybeans can take a toll if you have too many.
