Major stall 6-7monhs need feedback please
I am in a major stall. By month 5 1/2 I reached 189 ... Over month six and 7 I got down to 184... And the scale just went up to 188 ... I am really confused. I focus on protien and fluids take my viatamins... I still can't fit mu*****ould I be getting not enough protien.? Any other Addie or similar stories welcome. Thanks!
how much protein are you getting? I notice the more I get in the more my weight goes down. I started drinking shakes more even though I hate them. I do the protein coffee but super simplified. I just get a cup of coffee don't fill it all the way dump in two cups of vanilla protein powder some half and half and blend it good. I just sip on it for a few hours in the morning and bam easy 60grams of protein. If I don't feel like coffee I use a shaker bottle to mix two scoops of protein in about 5oz of water put it in my nutri-bullet blender add 3/4 cup of frozen fruit, a little heavy whipping cream and I have an awesome tasty smoothie.
I'm almost 8 months out and while my weight is still moving it is much slower. Maybe 10 pounds a month and even only 5 like you are experiencing. It always makes me worried I'll fail but I'm not giving up.

Down 189 pounds
This breaks all rules but it worked very well for me. I would shake things up and freak my body out and back into losing. How did I do this? Krispy Kreme donuts! I would enjoy one or two of them, have some gas, and like clockwork, I would be down a couple pounds by morning.

I have used Val's Krispy Kreme doughnut method twice and it works. Also, recently I had a month long stall that freaked me out but I was told by a vet to stop worrying and pay attention to my clothes. Sure enough, I did not lose any weight but I dropped a full pant size. Sometimes I Think your body has to stop and rearrange to keep up with the extreme weight loss. Pay attention to you clothes, go back to the basics or try a Krispy Kreme Doughnut.
Also, consider the fact that you are a light weight now and weight loss is going to slow the closer you get to goal. You are getting pretty close now even if you are only a few months out.
You might post your daily meals, protein, and liquid totals for a couple of days on vits and bites to see what people say about your actual diet. I couldn't tell if mixing things up like the others suggest really helped my stalls but it didn't hurt. I did get moving once by doubling my protein shake amounts but I couldn't sustain eating that much. It gave me a short term push when I needed one though.
Personally i think mths 6 and 7 are difficult. I too experienced stalls that pretty much broke at mth 9. Again at month 9 after losing a few lbs I thought I was truly done losing weight. At month 10 I got real with myself. Throughout the months I pretty much ate anything I wanted (albeit weary of my protein intake). At month 10 I decided to get real and discipline myself more and rid of the extra carbs. The results are like magic! I've lost an additional 12 lbs in 1 month. My advice, don't freal over mths 6 and 7 but now is the time to get really serious and honest with yourself and take a good look at what your eating. I truly believe ther's room for improvement and you should be fine.
Best of luck!
