B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of 2% Greek yogurt with 4 Tbl of blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 3/4 cup peanuts
D - 1 slice of meat loaf and 1/2 cup of green beans w/corn
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:

evening batch: starting after dinner

Bites:
Strawberry Protein Shake
1/2 Bagel with 1 tb PB
2 Eggs, 2 Slices Bacon, 1 Slice Rye Toast and Small Fruit Bowl
1 Orange
Chocolate Banana Shake
Protein Bar
5 Coffee with Creamer and Splenda - during the whole day - more then usual
I am using Lose it and this was my calorie allowance for the day, I soo wanted my 1/2 cup of nuts but managed to save them for today.
Vites: all in
Exercites: fitness assessment - went really well, I improved on most things, some not but overall was good, I get the results today.
Feelings: really big let down since it is over with the trainer today, she has to do some school videos for you program then it is done. I was stressing last night about it, so hopefully I can figure out some stuff today. I am doing ok otherwise.

Yay, TGIF!!
Well I managed to get my iron in early again so I can get strontium in before I go to bed. I'm happy with the idea of planning on sleeping through the night - a very novel experience!!

Bless your pea-pickin' heart! I'm glad you're getting to sleep through the night and still getting all your vites in. Pretty impressive for many of us as we seem to run out of day before we run out of vites.

You know I had to goggle honey pie's "Fish goujons". Yum. Just wish I could hear her pronounce them. I bet she makes them sound very gourmet .
