Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2] 
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup  of 2% Greek yogurt with 4 Tbl of blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 
D - a small White Russian and a cup of chili
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting soon
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Happy Thursday everyone, it is for me lol Payday. Got to like those days.

Bites:

Strawberry protein shake - 2 frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt, a little fiber stuff (about 2 tbsp)and strawberry powder

2 coffee with whitener and splenda

1/2 orange - son ate the other half - trying to increase fiber

1/2 protein bar - after exercise

1/2 cup bean salad- chickpeas, black beans, red pepper, tomato, and onion with fresh lime and olive oil with fish fillet

1/2 cup mixed nuts - at work

Chocolate banana shake - 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup water, 2 tbsp pb powder, and one banana and chocolate powder

raspberry greek yogurt

2 mini chocolates

one glass of diet pepsi

Vites: all in

Exercise: about 40 min walked 3 miles with a video, not totally sure on the time

Feeling: fitness assessment today so I want to really rock it, and my weight is down again today. Work was busy last night so I hope it is a little quieter tonight. So a little anxious and worried about my trainer coming to an end, now I have to pay for having a trainer, 15 hours free was great. Anyway I am doing good and will let you know how things went tomorrow.

So I'm definitely getting my strontium in today, as I had a dairyless dinner and took my last calcium batch 4 hours before bed (so iron 2 hours before and strontium at bed time)... I'm quite enjoying having sleeping through the night as a problem to deal with!!   It's weird how the DS has changed that for me - a bonus I didn't start to experience 'til more than 18 months out.

I know I've gotta get more protein in, even if it's through the power of pistachios... I just gotta work on it!!
