B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of 2% Greek yogurt with 4 Tbl of blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - a protein shake (30g) [6-8 oz 1/2 & 1/2, 4 oz water, heaping scoop of chocolate protein powder]
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - Out to eat--chocolate martini, a cheese burger slider and a salad

I will be having my DS done around the mid to end of April. I am working on getting my Vit D up and have a redraw on the 3rd. My insurance has approved my surgery, so once my labs are good I will get a date. I was wondering what specific brand of protein powder you buy. I know that it must be isolate and that the back must put isolate as the first ingredient, but I was hoping you could tell me which brand you buy and where you purchase it. My surgeons office has a store in it and they have protein powder there, and its not priced too bad. I just thought I would shop around a bit before surgery.
I buy Syntrax Nectar vanilla, chocolate, strawberry mousse and cappuccino flavors. Normally I buy them from Vitalady.com but if I'm stuck I'll pick one or 2 up at Vitamin Shoppe. I buy all my vitamins from her as well; can't beat one-stop-shopping. :)

strawberry protein shake, I put 1/2 cup plain yogurt in with my almond milk, and strawberries
protein bar
egg salad sandwich on whole wheat
banana/strawberry smoothie from restaurant
2 1/2 mini chocolate bars
chocolate protein shake
Vites: all in
Exercites: 3 times today- trainer - pool - friend
Feelings: good, but my body is tired

OK, here we go with the deja vu again with regard to my menu. I haven't had strontium since Sunday night, as I keep sleeping through (well I waken, but not enough to get out of bed). Sunday I had dinner early and went to bed latish, so I got iron and then strontium all in before bed. Unfortunately I'm not running so early today.
