Hi guys,
Happy St Patrick's Day!  Wear your green! 

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2] 
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup  of 2% Greek yogurt with 4 Tbl of blueberries and Splenda
S - 3/4 cup peanuts
L - a protein shake (30g) [6-8 oz 1/2 & 1/2, 4 oz water, heaping scoop of chocolate protein powder]
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
S - JayRobb protein bar
D - 2 beef hot dogs and pickels
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Anyways, top of the mornin' to ya!! Or happy St Patrick's day. We don't really make a big thing of it in England... I suspect it's a bigger thing your side of the pond, although we did have celebratory Danish (Danish for the Irish, I know it makes no sense).

Turns out the Danish didn't cause me any bloating.  I don't think I'll OD on them though as in my last company always had them as dessert for their catered lunches and we always had left over Danish... as always if you have an abundance of something, you don't prize it quite so much.

I guess we do make a bigger deal of it here since many of us are of Irish decent or Scots and Irish. Mine were from the borders of Scotland on one side and English on the other side. My grandfather used to tell a tall tale of us have some Portuguese pirate in our blood too. His family was from around the area where Blackbeard the pirate lived and hid his treasure, Bath, North Carolina. lol

I think today is Susan's day off after working all weekend. She's probably just relaxing.

BTW I did 20g better with my protein (so total 125g), there was a chicken and rice salad I forgot about mid-morning.  The rice was very bad and seriously undercooked, but I ate all the chicken... a respectable day after all. :-)
