Hi guys,
Trying to decarb this weekend. Hanging on by my fingernails.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
2nd B - 1 egg and 3 oz of country ham 
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup  of 2% Greek yogurt with 4 Tbl of blueberries and Splenda
S - 3/4 cup peanuts
L - 2 cups chef salad
D - 2oz chicken tenders/3 pieces
S - 3/4 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Good morning all, 

strawberry protein shake

1/2 whole wheat bagel with 1 tbsp of pb

carrots, cucumber and 4 slices of brick cheese

carrot muffin

sour cream chips - small bag

can of diet pepsi

chicken breast, 3/4 cup rice, lettuce salad

Vites: all in

Exercites: was my day off = played with grandkids

Feeling: enjoyed my evening with the kids, know I am off to work  - Enjoy your Sunday everyone

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

You should be getting a sainthood for your low carbing IMO!!   Why do carbs taste so darn good!!  The cookie got me again!!  I then went for it with pistachios as I they're a lot better than the alternative!!  They're regular pistachios not the crazy chili ones thankfully.

Carbs are evil and they taste good to suck you in to their lair.  They make you feel good but only temporarily, then you PAY!

  I see everyone had chicken today. Me too.  Feels good to be with the "in crowd". LOL.

2 soft boiled eggs w/ sausage crumbles & buttered rye toast all smooshed together

3" x 3" piece of coffee cake

2 more chicken tenders w/ breading removed, buffalo style - hot sauce & blue cheese

3 Hershey's kisses
