WOW That took forever....

Okay after 30 days..... I stepped on the scale and it had went down 5 pounds..... I knew stalls happened but I was shocked to sit for 30 days at one weight..... I was starting to think my body was done losing or I was screwing this up somehow....

Keep on keeping on. Your doing great!

I've been there and it really is a horrible feeling until finally the weight starts moving again.
