***Friday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
Hi guys,
BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g) [1 cup of Greek yogurt, 4 tablespoons of little blueberries and 4 Splenda packets] and another protein coffee
S - and another protein coffee
S - peanuts [3/4 cup]
S - got into the Lifesaver peppermints today {sigh}
L - protein shake (30g) [8 to 10 ounces of 1/2 & 1/2, 6 to 8 ounce of water and a heaping scoop of protein powder]
D - 3 fish nuggets
S - CarbSmart ice cream [3/4 cup]
VITES:

evening batch: starting after dinner

Wow It's here - Friday
Bites:
chocolate protein shake with banana
1/2 bagel and 2 tbsp pb
spinach salad from Sobeys grocery store with homemade dressing brought by co-worker
strawberry protein shake
1/2 a protein bar
one ounce of brick cheese, 6 slices of cucumber and 2 carrots
3 mini chicken fingers and some sweet potato fries - restaurant - I had to stay in the city for my evening workout with my trainer
1/2 protein bar
Vites: all in
Exercites: 45 min with trainer
Feeling: most of the day ok, supper really bothered me so struggled at the gym I couldn't put any pressure on my stomach -felt like throwing up, but I am better this morning. Should be a good day today I work all weekend my next days off are Mon and Tues. - and I still have to workout today on my own so I might go back to the base it was a good change.

I've always been a bit of an early riser. I'm up at 4:15 AM or so every morning. The time stamp you see on the posts are from the OH servers on the west coast. :)

I get up at 5am during the week and on the weekend I'm lucky to get a lie 'til 7am as my innards get me out of bed early, so that's a long way of saying 'yes'. Hopefully you'll gain some energy once you're healthier and the trade off will be worth it.

BTW I may have painted the picture worse than it is. I get up horribly early for work and my schedule does drift a bit later when I'm on holiday. But I have to get up when I've been in bed for 8 hours.

I thought I was doing well with my food today, but then I gave in to chocolate. I don't even like protein bars any more, but I was hungry this morning and determined to make good choices, so had that. I paid for my chocolate indiscretion by having a bloaty afternoon!!
