Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g) [1 cup of Greek yogurt, 4 tablespoons of little blueberries and 4 Splenda packets]
S - peanuts [3/4 cup]
L - protein shake (30g)  [8 to 10 ounces of 1/2 & 1/2, 6 to 8 ounce of water and a heaping scoop of protein powder]
S - peanuts [3/4 cup]
D - chicken stir fry w/bok choi and zucchini [2 big serving spoons full]
S - CarbSmart ice cream [3/4 cup]

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking (2 laps)

Hello Everybody, Back at it Monday, hope everyone had a good weekend, it was beautiful spring like weather yesterday and I didn't even go outside, very sad.

Bites:

B: 2 eggs, 2 turkey sausages, and 1 slice of whole wheat toast

S: 2 deviled eggs

L: a plate with some cucumbers, carrots, cheese, pickles, and kielbasa 

S: protein shake

S: small bowl of homemade chili -about 1/2 cup

D: 1/2 toasted tomato sandwich and 1 cup tomato soup with left over whole wheat mac n cheese in it and I added a couple crackers

S: protein shake

S: yogurt and 2 mini chocolate bars.

Vites: all in

Exercites: day off

Feelings: good and feeling rested, got housework done overall and enjoyed the day.

Oh dear, did the clocks go in the direction that makes it tougher to get up?  You'd think after several decades I'd have figured that one out by now!! ;-)

Oh well, I think spring came and went... hard to tell when you're in an office all day, but it was very blustery when I stepped out several times today.

Hi Gina,
77 today!!! Love it!
Got out shirts and capris for my vacation from last year and they still fit!! This is a new experience for me

Finally got my vit D and PTH back and look ok

B: bacon, protein shake
L: spinach salad with chicken and almonds (. Didn't work so stopped eating....unfortunately got hungry )
S: 1/8 cup jelly beans
D: chicken, 1/2 sm baked potato, steamed spinach

Jealous!!  It was nice here and I got out to walk once but I would love 77 degrees. 

PTH and D are ok? You know me I want numbers!  lol
