Good morning everyone, I appreciate how you are putting in portion sizes Gina, thank you

Bites:

B; protein banana chocolate shake

S: quest bar 1/2

Workout

S: quest bar !/2

L: cucumbers 6 slices, tomato 3 slices and  1 cup of homemade chili with  1/8 cup shredded cheese on top

S: yogurt

S: 10 jelly beans - from coworker :) 111 calories how crazy is that??

D: 2 cups salad with a little tomato, cucumber and mushrooms in it and bacon ranch dressing

S: strawberry protein shake

S: 1/3 smokie - after work around 9:30pm

Vites: all in

Exercites: 30 mins interval training

Feelings: I found an app on my phone called Lose it and I am trying to us it to track my food, I have done it for 2 days and I really like it. I was shocked at the carb count it was close to 200 could that be right, I know I should never go over 100 maximum. So not sure what to change on here to make a difference of 100 carbs, I now I have lots in the chili but I though it would be healthy, meat, beans and tomato - that is pretty much it. It seems funny as soon as I want to cut back I start to eat more. I just think today I will stick to more shakes and salad for veggies. I think I will pass on the chili, til I get an ok from you Gina about if it is good for us? I really want to make some chances this week, but it is much harder then I thought. I am stuck in a rut.

Homemade chili really is good for us. I found I could reduce the carbs quite a bit by not putting kidney beans in mine and reducing the serving to a kiddy bowl.
