Happy Sunday everyone,
Bites:
1/2 cup oatmeal - 1/2 bagel with cream cheese and a coffee
vanilla protein powder with banana and peanut butter - chocolate protein powder is better:)
1/2 protein bar after the pool
small chicken wrap and coffee
plate with kobassa, cheese, pickles, carrots, apple, and cucumbers - so a few of everything
8 jelly beans - from a co-worker
bowl of cereal - when I got home from work at 11:30pm
1/2 cup of nuts - before bed
Vites: all in
Exercites: 45 mins in the pool doing aquasize boot camp
Feelings: stomach is bloated and tender, spent the whole evening at work, passing gas. It did finally pass but I haven't had that in a while, so glad when it ended.
Susan
I hope you can figure out the culprit and stay away from it. Good luck today.

Ugh, yes. So, if the US folks seem a little more grouchy than normal it's due to the lost hour of sleep.
It's warm this weekend too. Hubby washed the cars and I went out to the tanning salon. Feeling toasty. :)

It'll take me all week to adjust to the new time. I don't care for the change back and forth,
Spring day here...beautiful
B: bacon, fried eggs, toast
S: protein shake
L: cheese nachos
D: DD fixed a Mexican spread....had bites of guacamole, chicken, tamale, chips
V: done
F: ok
E: laundry, housework, washed some windows, carwash, started packing for our trip
I think it might take me that long to adjust as well. 4AM is ok but forward those clocks and it's 3AM. Ugh!
