Hi guys,
Today is the last day here on site. I'll take a large bender bottle of 1/2 & 1/2 and mix a protein shake for the ride home. Tonight's dinner should be back on track to what I'm used to eating. Friday morning I'll see if I did any damage on the scales.

small plate of fruit - 2 strawberries and 3 wedges of pineapple
couple slices on meat and cheese with pickles
1/2 bagel with laughing cow cheese and a yogurt
popcorn and diet pop
pork roast with pot and cream corn

Exercites: 50 min with trainer
Feelings: worried, my middle son is having surgery on his face today so day surgery and I will be spending the day at the hospital. I spent yesterday super angry, I hate it when I get into that mood, but I sure hit it yesterday hard, I hope I am better today, (disrespect from my adult children hit a new low)
