Hi guys,
BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 in each protein coffee and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top]
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g) [1 cup of Greek yogurt, 4 tablespoons of little blueberries and 4 Spenda packets]
S -
L - protein shake (30g) [8 to 10 ounces of 1/2 & 1/2, 6 to 8 ounce of water and a heaping scoop of protein powder]
S - grazed off-and-on on peanuts, dark chocolate covered raisins and yogurt covered raisins [1 1/2 cups?]
D - meat loaf (1 slice) and green beans (1/2 cup), and a little bit of white wine, maybe a 6 sips
S - CarbSmart ice cream [3/4 cup]
VITES:

Happy Saturday Everyone - Thanks Noreen for sharing, I am trying to see if I can find a new sweet spot, I think mine is around 218, and would like it to be less. I am not really sure how to change my diet, I need less calories and I have increased my activity but nothing much is really happening. So I have been trying to figure out where to make some changes, the thing is that it has to be something I can live with. That is the hard part. So this week will be a work in progress with eating I think.
Bites:
1/2 cup oatmeal
Strawberry protein shake - before the pool
1/2 protein bar - after the pool
chicken sandwich with rye toast and 3 strawberries - at my mom's
some kobassa and cheese, and pickles and an apple and some carrots on a plate at work for munching - really not a lot just lots of variety
chocolate banana protein shake at work
yogurt
1 mini chocolate at home
small bowl of chips and diet pop at home - hubby bought the chips and surprised me with them, I have not been eating them in awhile :(
Vites: all in
Excites: 45 min at aquasize
Feelings: frustrated with this trying to loss weight stuff, my trainer is trying to convince me to lower my fat intake and I don't really think I have a lot of fat in my diet. So a little frustrated. Everything else has settled down in my life, so enjoying the peace and quiet.

Just a comment: I wish more people would use this board, I could really use some new food ideas and this format makes it is easy to share ideas with others, sometimes a small thing like that can help others make big changes. I'm not really looking for recipes, I would like to see amounts and maybe serving sizes, peoples choices stuff like that.

I think the trainer should be suggesting reducing carbs not fat. You already malabsorb fat but not sugar carbs.
Good idea about listing the serving size. I'll try to do that.

Like your mini explanation for protein coffee!!
I've eaten way too many pistachios this afternoon... I won't order any more for a while although I do have a few left from the pack which I will most likely finish tomorrow!! They're chili flavor pistachios and my lips are sore!!
Today I kicked back and ordered some more vits. I'm going to try the Kirkland calcium citrate, the UK one doesn't have B6 in it. Shipping times and customs on US goods are just too much of a headache and the Kirkland ones look like a good price, yippee!!

My system was A-OK, well apart from my lips. I tend towards constipation, so silly stuff like chili pistachios probably helps.
